Healing from Trauma Starts Here

Trauma can affect every part of your life—your relationships, self-worth, emotions, and sense of safety. Whether you've experienced childhood sexual abuse, grooming, sexual assault, or other traumatic events, healing is possible.

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults recover from the lasting effects of trauma using EMDR and other evidence-based therapies. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll process painful experiences, reduce the impact of trauma, and help you move toward a life that feels safer, more connected, and no longer controlled by the past.

Trauma can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, ashamed, or constantly on edge. You may find yourself stuck in survival mode long after the danger has passed or struggling with painful memories, relationship difficulties, or a harsh inner critic. Whether you've experienced childhood sexual abuse, grooming, sexual assault, or other traumatic events, healing is possible.

Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard without judgment, and begin making sense of experiences that may have felt overwhelming or impossible to process alone. Together, we'll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, and work toward reducing the impact trauma has on your daily life.

Because every person's story is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed interventions. My goal is to help you move beyond surviving so you can build a life that feels safer, more connected, and more aligned with who you want to be.

Free Phone Consulation

A brief phone consultation is available for individuals or couples who would like to ask questions and determine if therapy is a good fit. During this call, concerns, goals for therapy, and how sessions typically work can be discussed. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help clients feel comfortable taking the next step toward support. Consultations typically last 10–15 minutes, and questions about therapy or the process of getting started are always welcome.
